Internal PR during Business Transfer
The client is a distributor of Xerox Photocopiers and Motorola Communications Solutions and the brief was to manage the communications surrounding the Transfer of Shares.
As the company’s sole shareholder prepared for retirement he wanted to hand over the running of the company to the staff and needed to transfer 40% of his shares. We encouraged 100% involvement from the staff, by organising a competition for a new slogan for the company, developed a new corporate image with a new slogan supplied by the staff and hosted a one-week exhibition where customers were invited to view new equipment.
The Result was that sales have increased and the company has now purchased a larger accommodation.
