Sutton Chamber Unveils New Branding

“Our vision is to act as a catalyst, helping provide a strong and sustainable force for change, enabling the business community in the borough of Sutton to meet and exceed the challenges of business today and plan and build for a successful future.”

This is the new mission statement of Sutton Chamber of Commerce, unveiled by chairman, David Duncan along with the new branding and proposed marketing campaign at a lunch reception held at the Ivory Lounge in Sutton.  The campaign includes new marketing material, a new logo, slogan and the above quoted mission statement.

Andrew Candy of Tentacle Design who along with the executive team, developed the new branding, explained that the new logo was designed around the letter “S” for Sutton.  The target design represents the focused approach that the Chamber is taking towards helping its members, while the white line “targeting inward” represents the inward business development.  The green in the upper half of the logo represents the green borough; the blue represents business, while the bright orange represents the vibrancy of the Chamber and business in Sutton. 

 While introducing the campaign, Mr. Duncan said that the London borough of Sutton is strategically position within the business district of South London with direct access to multi-corporate business via train links to the financial, insurance and commodities markets of the city.
